We Accept WIC & Senior Checks |

There are actually two programs funded by the state and federal governments. (One for Women with Infant Children and one for Seniors) They are administered together but funded separately and the checks for the 2 programs look a little different from each other. |

Nearly all our fruit and vegetable vendors can accept these checks. Each participating vendor hangs out a sign that says, "WIC & Senior Farmers Market Checks Welcome Here." Each person gets a booklet with five $2 checks. That actually buys quite a bit of produce. |
